Dear Michelle,
I’ve seen your blog on Moncler and would like to enquire you a question. I’ve bought a Moncler from a shop in WanChai. Long style and with a belt, costs $2000. However, the inside does not have the washing instruction and in the certilogo website, it said it is fake. What do you think? I don’t know whether it is fake or I can’t give enough information to the certilogo and that they can’t authenticate it. I have also bought a short duventica, a jacket and a dress in the shop. They are helping me to amend the dress and so they gave me a sheet of paper. As they didn’t give me a receipt on the Moncler and Duvetica, I don’t know whether I can get back the money, if they are fake, or even though I report the case to the customs. I may go to the shop to enquire them. Could you please give me some advices? Thanks very much.

Sorry for late reply, 我頗肯定那是假貨，第一，$2000的價錢是沒可能買得真Moncler的；第二，除了Joyce和專門店，不要隨便輕信其他小店；第三，沒有washing instruction，也驗證了是假貨，都應該錯不了。
假如小店存心瞞騙，當然可以討回公道，可是也未必可以順利退貨吧。早前我有朋友問我差不多的情況，當時她還未買，我說：肯定是假貨，但若心態不是穿假扮真，只是以兩千買得一件款靚的羽絨，又有何不可呢！不過質地、耐寒能力就一定不能跟正品相提並論的了。
