網購精: OKDGG網購教學 (2)

   Dear Michelle,
   你提到「而貨品送到OKDGG後, 就會收到付運費的email」，那通常幾耐之後收到這個email?是英文的嗎?
   我剛收到一封速遞公司電郵，有銀碼，是韓文的，似乎可以知道物流資訊，是要付款嗎？怎樣付？請幫忙，我不想錢去貨空。謝謝

   Bobo,
   那email會寫明是[ DGG CS Team ] International shipping payment request, 列明: GA Number
   ● Order History
   ● Order Date
   ● Shipping address
   ● international shipping fee :
   然後會有PAY INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING FEE的BUTTON，按下就可付款的了。
   EMAIL是英文來的，很清楚易明. 或可登入OKDGG網頁，於order history內看有沒有貨待寄.

   Bobo,
   如果電郵是全韓文, 有可能是商舖的發貨通知, 待Okdgg收貨後就會收到付款通知的了。

   When i was entering my HK address, they still ask me for the zip code. As i know Hong Kong do not have any zip code.

   What can i do ?

   Carmen,
   HK no zip code, but you can enter 0000

   Dear Michelle 需要你的幫忙 請問你為什麼我按完checkout 之後呢 就是填寫我的寄送地址 那我寫的是台灣 我address都是填寫英文的 可是當我全部輸入完之後 國家選TAIWAN then.. 選擇 Step6: 會彈出訂購版面，確認送貨地址, 電話和電郵 我CITY是選則台北 然後國家選ＴＡＩＷＡＮ 我怎麼輸入 都無法跳入下一頁 它會ㄧ直在帶我回到STEP6的這頁：（ 是我輸入錯誤嗎 怎麼會這樣 請幫幫我 Thanks Dear
