Dear Kate, Sorry for reply you late, I just read your message. Let me tell you how to cook it.
1. 用一大煲水加啲鹽加啲油煮淋長通粉,然後過冷河隔水待用。
2. 將蝦洗淨後加小許油、鹽和黑椒。另外將蕃茄切粒備用。
3. 先將蝦煎熟,再加蕃茄粒略炒,然後再加入長通粉,再略加鹽、黑椒。(我記得我仲加咗約2匙羹的green pesto)
4. 最反上碟再灑上Basil leaves。
And the potato, I didn’t use any oven because I don’t have an oven. >_<
1. 先將薯仔細洗淨(可連皮),然後成個掉落水煲至淋身,可用筷子試軟硬度,不要完全淋晒,因為稍後會再煎。
2. 之後將再差不多煮好的薯仔切開至喜歡的形狀。
3. 開火加油細火煎薯仔,加鹽和黑椒,上碟便成。
Hi Kate, For the potato, I think it will be easier to pan-fried 2 side,then add a 1/4-1/3 bowl of water, and put the lip until the water almost dried.
