Last time I did not put enough, the 花膠 becomes fishy smell and I wasted the all of them… :(( Vicky on 28 October, 2011 at 13:30 Hi Michelle, 發花膠唔係太難: 1. 首先煲滾一煲水,放薑蔥再放花膠. 2.大火煲滾熄火,唔好開盍,直至水涼,可睇下軟硬度. 3.如想軟身啲可重複以上1,2步驟. 4.洗淨可切件放落冰箱打後慢慢用.(多數一次會發啲) 5.可作煲湯,冰糖焞,牛奶焞都好好味. 希望妳用得着. 發花膠唔係太難:
1. 首先煲滾一煲水,放薑蔥再放花膠.
2.大火煲滾熄火,唔好開盍,直至水涼,可睇下軟硬度.
3.如想軟身啲可重複以上1,2步驟.
4.洗淨可切件放落冰箱打後慢慢用.(多數一次會發啲)
5.可作煲湯,冰糖焞,牛奶焞都好好味.
