下雨天，最好的節目就是待在家中，打掃一吓，和整理一吓快要「爆破」的衣櫃，就像今天，原本和男友逛逛街，但雨愈下愈大，最終在家裡各有各忙，直至大家肚子餓了，男友開始煮拿手的晚餐，今天的主菜是香煎三文魚，搭配辣肉炒飯、淸炒白菜和洋蔥薯仔，… …我覺得自己很幸福。

First,you have to grate a potato and chop some onion, and then you fried the potato with some oil,butter,some salt and pepper,for like 5 mins,then mix in the onion,fried for like another 5 mins,at the end you can add some mustard oil,and serve hot 😀
