生完仲Fit!神奇女俠 Gal Gadot 「綠果汁」瘦身
以色列女星 Gal Gadot演活神奇女俠一角,鋼鐵型的爆Fit身材也成為焦點,實際上32歲的她,是兩個孩子的媽,從她的IG上可以知道,她除了定期的運動,對於健康飲食也相當注重。而今年3月底才「卸貨」誕下第二個女兒的她,在這幾個月的電影宣傳活動,依舊Fit到漏,彷彿未生過之前,到底她是怎麼保持完美身材呢?

1 每朝洋香菜Smoothie
曾經在訪問中透露,每天早上會用青蘋果加芫荽、芹菜和薑,打成Smoothie,早餐枱上一定不會少的是蛋、黑咖啡和生果,而牛油果也是她的最愛之一。

大量的魚和雞肉,配合運動,可以保持肌肉量,養成易瘦體質。 另外蔬菜一定佔3成至4成的量。

4 喝足3公升水
每日一定會記得飲大量的水,每日都會飲用3,000c.c.的水,幫助排毒,促進代謝。

5 均衡飲食,偶爾放縱
「太多限制,反而會讓自己吃更多」,所以邪惡的漢堡、雪糕、朱古力等高熱量食物她偶爾都會獎賞一下自己,只要均衡飲食,聆聽自己身體所需 ,不要設限太多,也可以吃的開心,瘦的開心。
